Refund policy
Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. After this period, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm receipt and advise whether your refund has been approved or declined. Approved refunds are processed within a few business days and credited to your original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund, please check your bank account first, then contact your credit card provider, as processing times can vary. If you've done both and still haven't received it, please get in touch at bathpatisserie@outlook.com.
Sale Items
Only full-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded for change of mind. Please note that your rights under Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged — exchanges are not available for change of mind. To arrange an exchange, email us at bathpatisserie@outlook.com and send your item to: Bath Patisserie, 27 Bate Street, Central Tilba NSW 2546, Australia.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund amount.
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
